Cholocate cake 🍫
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the cake pan
- Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, leavening agents, and salt) in a large bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients (eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla) in a separate bowl, then gently mix them into the dry ingredients to create the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan(s) and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely, then frost and serve.
